- **Starter** — $29 a month, or $23 a month billed annually (save 21%). For a small team answering real volume. Websites: 2; External AI credits: 3,500; File storage: 2 GB; Team users: 3; AI voice minutes: 90 min.
- **Growth** — $99 a month, or $79 a month billed annually (save 20%). More AI, more people, lead scoring and insights. Websites: 10; External AI credits: 11,500; File storage: 10 GB; Team users: 10; AI voice minutes: 250 min.

## Beyond an allowance

Paid plans draw on prepaid credit past an allowance: packs of 10, 25, 100, never expiring. A visitor is never cut off mid-conversation. Nothing is charged per lead qualified or per meeting booked. Free runs its AI on the customer's own provider key.

## Questions

### How are team users counted?

Everyone who signs in counts once, whatever their role: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Pro. Conversations your team answers are never counted, on any plan.

### What are external AI credits?

What the agent spends answering visitors and customers. A reply costs credits by the model that wrote it: 1 on Luna, 5 on Terra and 12 on Sol, more for an unusually heavy one. A conversation your own team answers uses none, on any plan, including the free one. Credits reset each month and do not roll over.

### What happens when we use more than the plan includes?

A visitor is never cut off mid-conversation because a counter ran out. On a paid plan, usage past the allowance draws on prepaid credit you top up in Settings → Billing: packs of $10, $25, $100, never expiring. It is never an open-ended bill, and nothing extra is charged unless you buy credit. Allowances start again when your plan renews.

### How does Free pay for its AI?

It runs on your own provider key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Groq — connected in Settings → AI, so the AI on Free is billed by your provider, not by us. Human conversations are unlimited on Free, as on every plan.

### Which channels are included?

The website widget, on every plan, with voice conversations in the browser from Starter, counted in voice minutes.

### Are we charged per lead or per meeting booked?

No. Qualification, scoring, booking and handover are features of the plan. Charging per outcome would mean the product earns more the more work it makes for you, which is the wrong incentive to build on.

### Can we change plan or stop?

Yes, at any time. A change takes effect as soon as the payment is confirmed: the new plan's allowances replace the old ones for the rest of the period, what you have already used still counts, and the charge is prorated. If you cancel, your data stays yours: export is included from Starter.
