Updated 2026-10-22. ## Who it is for Businesses that meet customers on their website and want every visitor answered, qualified and booked, with a person brought in when it matters, without buying a separate CRM or help desk first. ## Key facts - The agent answers from the business's own pages and documents and keeps the source of each answer. - It asks the business's qualification questions, scores leads from Growth, and books meetings on connected Google or Microsoft calendars. - Human handoff: a teammate joins the same conversation with a brief (who, why, what is open) and hands back when done. - Ten agent characters (Ray, Onyx, Echo, Scout, Kip, Prism, Summit, Halo, Parley, Nimbus); Ray is the default. They differ in look, voice and personality, not in capability. - Channels available today: the website widget (text) and voice in the browser from Starter. - Pricing: Free $0, Starter $29/month ($23/month billed annually), Growth $99/month ($79/month billed annually), Pro $200/month ($160/month billed annually); Enterprise priced with you. Conversations a team answers are never counted. - How it differs from a chatbot: A traditional chatbot follows flows someone drew, or answers without a source.
