# Billing and usage

Settings → Billing shows your plan, what you have used this month, your credit balance, and your invoices.

## Your plan

Change plan from Billing at any time. A change takes effect once payment is confirmed, the new allowances apply for the rest of the period, and the charge is prorated.

## What is counted

AI credits for the agent's replies to visitors, AI credits for Ray, voice minutes, transcription minutes, file storage, websites and team users each have a monthly allowance on your plan. Conversations your own team answers are never counted. The [pricing page](https://hispecular.com/pricing#what-is-counted) lists every number.

## Prepaid credit

Past an allowance, paid plans draw on prepaid credit. Buy packs of $10, $25 or $100 in Billing; they do not expire. A visitor is never cut off mid-conversation because a counter ran out.
